1. Who we are
voxgcc.com ("VOX GCC", "we", "us") is the Gulf-region services platform of VOX Populi — Business Fruitions. We provide web development, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, AI and related technology services to businesses in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC. 2. What we collect
Enquiry data. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message, together with the page you enquired from and the country/city context of that page.
Usage data. Our analytics tools collect device and browsing information — pages visited, approximate location (country / city level), browser and device type, and interaction data such as clicks and scrolling. This data is aggregated or pseudonymised; we do not use it to identify you personally.
3. How we use your data
We use enquiry data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to deliver the requested services. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we never sell or rent personal data. We use usage data to understand how the site performs and to improve its content and usability.
4. Where your data goes
We share personal data only with the service providers that make this website work, each acting under their own safeguards:
- HubSpot CRM — contact form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system so our team can respond and keep track of the conversation.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage statistics (traffic sources, page views, conversions).
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session replays and heatmaps that show how visitors interact with pages.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for this website.
These providers may process data on servers outside the GCC (including the EU and the United States). Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the provider's contractual safeguards and our agreements with them.
5. Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies and similar identifiers:
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (
_gaand related) and Microsoft Clarity (_clck,_clsk) to measure site usage. - CRM cookie — HubSpot (
hubspotutk) to associate your form submission with your visit. - Preferences — your country selection (UAE / Saudi Arabia) is stored locally in your browser and never leaves it.
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; the site remains fully usable without them.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted from our CRM. Analytics data is retained per the default retention periods of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
7. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@voxgcc.com — we respond within one business day.
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in access-controlled systems. As a technology company delivering cybersecurity services, we apply the same standards to our own platform that we recommend to clients.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data — for example by adding a new tool — we will update this page and its "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
