True Arabic-English multilingual publishing
Both languages managed as equals with RTL layouts, language-aware navigation and independent editorial workflows per language.
Drupal Development
Government portals, universities and large organisations across Saudi Arabia and the UAE run on Drupal for a reason: real multilingual publishing, granular workflows and no licence lock-in. We build, migrate and support it.
Large organisations in the Gulf have publishing problems that page builders and lightweight CMS platforms cannot handle: dozens of editors with different permissions, content that must exist in Arabic and English as equals rather than as an afterthought translation, approval workflows before anything goes public, and integrations with internal systems. Drupal was designed for exactly this, and it is why government entities, universities and media organisations across the region standardised on it.
VOX GCC builds Drupal properly. That means Arabic right-to-left as a first-class citizen — mirrored layouts, correct typography, language-aware URLs and search — not an English site with a translation module bolted on. It means editorial workflows mapped to how your organisation actually approves content, structured content models that survive redesigns, and performance tuning so a portal serving thousands of concurrent visitors stays fast.
A large share of our Drupal work today is migration. Drupal 7 is past end-of-life and Drupal 9 is unsupported, which leaves many regional organisations running unpatched, publicly known vulnerabilities on government and education infrastructure. We migrate content, users and functionality to the current Drupal release on a fixed plan, and because Drupal is open source there are no licence fees or vendor lock-in — a genuine advantage in government procurement, where recurring licence costs and single-vendor dependency draw scrutiny.

Drupal is open source. Budget goes to your platform, not annual licences — and any competent Drupal team can maintain what we build.
Structured migrations from Drupal 7 and 9 to the current release close known vulnerabilities and restore access to security updates.
Role-based permissions and approval chains configured to your real editorial process, so legal and communications sign off before publication.
Drupal's API layer connects cleanly to CRMs, ERPs, single sign-on and government service platforms rather than living as an island.
We have delivered CMS platforms for government, education and large commercial organisations — environments with real governance requirements, not brochure sites.
We audit content models before writing migration code, run rehearsal migrations and reconcile counts — so nothing published disappears in the move.
Twenty years of building for GCC organisations means we already understand regional procurement, Arabic content operations and public-sector approval cycles.
Drupal needs security updates applied promptly. We offer maintenance agreements covering updates, monitoring and editor support — or full handover to your team.
Urgent. Drupal 7 reached end-of-life in January 2025, so newly discovered vulnerabilities are published but never patched — a serious exposure for any public-facing site, and indefensible for government or education. A migration also cannot be rushed responsibly, so the sooner scoping starts, the less risk you carry.
A typical migration runs three to six months depending on content volume, custom module complexity and integrations; new builds are similar. We scope with a paid discovery phase first, which gives you a fixed price and timeline before committing to the full project.
Yes, and for government and regulated clients it usually must be. We deploy to in-country cloud regions or approved government hosting environments in both jurisdictions, and design the architecture around your data residency and PDPL obligations from the start.
Yes — that is a design goal, not an afterthought. We configure clean editorial dashboards per role, restrict interfaces to what each editor needs, and include hands-on training in Arabic and English as part of every engagement.
Either your team or ours. Because Drupal is open source, you are never locked to us — but most clients take a maintenance agreement covering security updates, module upgrades, monitoring and a support desk for editors, with defined response times.
